Stale Water & Moldy Bread?? Yucks!!

What exactly is stale?

1. Vapid or tasteless from age; having lost its life, spirit, and flavor, from being long kept

2.Having lost the life or graces of youth; worn out; decayed.

These are 2 good meanings to the word "Stale"

We definitely don't wanna have a taste of these!



The picture disgusts you right?

It dawn upon me again that when something is left for long,
it'll collect dust.. or for food, it'll surely spoil and turn cold!
Have you eaten something like that?

Similarly, our spiritual lives are like that.

If it is left alone for long, without doing anything to it,
its gonna become STALE.

Picture of it?

Probably someone lethargic and full of "sian-ness".
No excitement, no enthusiasm for Jesus.

So think, how are we ensuring we don't become STALE?
*Are we regularly enjoying our 1-on-1 date with Jesus?
*Do we reflect on GOd's love and goodness daily?
*Do we count our blessings? even the little ones?
*How are we REPRESENTING Jesus in our class/schools/Families/ etc..?
*Can they see Christ in you? or the "sian" or worldly you?

Yes, it gets a little harder to manage when times are hard
and the world corners you.. but
We gotta take responsibility of our walk with God!

Romans 8:37
³⁷No, in all these things we are MORE THAN CONQUERORS through him who loved us.

Because God loves us, there is no need to be defeated!

It takes 2 hands to clap!!
God is stretching His hands to us, will we stretch out for His?

God deserves the BEST of our every fibre.
Our emotions, priorities, thoughts, actions,etc..
Love Him with all we've got.
Don't break His Heart.
